Business Consulting

Running a business takes a lot of time and effort and having financial professionals like a CPA and/or CFP are necessities to success.  However, sometimes you need a different point of view especially during times of growth, when securing financing and managing cash flows are essential.  CLBC is experienced in reviewing business operations and prepared financial statements, to help evaluate where your business is going and those areas that lenders and financial professionals will focus on during the process.

CLBC is a small-business start-up.  We've gone through the process of working with the state and local government, choosing a business form, obtaining insurance, setting up financial accounts, building this website, and more.  When you have questions on whether to start a new business, CLBC can help you navigate the process.

Fees

By utilizing technology and minimizing overhead, CLBC aims to keep its rates affordable for its clients.  CLBC has different fee structures for different projects:

  • Flat Fees - One price.  One Project.  The aim is to provide the legal services you need for an upfront price.

  • Hourly Rate - Competitive Hourly Rates.  Some projects require more time and effort, so you'll be advised upfront of the hourly rates, expenses, and an estimated time to complete your project.  Everything will be laid out in writing at the start of the project.
